I found this outside Grand Central Station when walking past late one evening. The people I was with didn't want to pick it up in case it had bed bugs! It didn't. It's a mix of a children's and adult book - the theme is obviously serious but it is told in a simple way. I was attracted to it since knew Michael Morpugo wrote War Horse and I loved the play. It's a quick read by the way. I am from the UK so the book went with me to my cousins in PA before flying to London. I have handed it over in Cambridge, UK.

A friend left this behind in our house. It is a beautiful book and you may just need a hankie... I am going to leave it somewhere this weekend...
