I'd love to have read this book but my mounting pile of books I'd love to read is threatening to overwhelm me. The Wellington 2011 NZ UnConvention seems the right place to let some books go. Sometime, somewhere, if it is meant I will catch up to this again.

Adeline Yen Mah finally abandons any pretence of reality in her constant retelling of her childhood, and turns it into a fantasy adventure story. Fun, but completely unbelievable in the way that children's adventure stories always are.
