I got this in Nottingham in an NSS parcel for me =)! Thank you so much, Jones-the-strim (and safrolistics - your name keeps popping up in these books!). I was thrilled. The books look great - I shall be trying some of these recipies soon - and the Welsh treats were very well-timed without you knowing as the last month or so I have been going through a bit of a... not sure what to call it, but a welsh -phase of reading about Wales, Welsh etc. I feel thoroughly spoiled. I don't think I bumped into either of you at the uncon, but I hope you had a good time and got just as good parcels =)
