Never read his books before, was recommended by Amazon on his "A Big Little Life" And "Watchers" both about dogs - one fiction another his real-life golden retriever. Limited titles now from Borders' shelves, so got this and 2 others The Good Guy and The House of Thunder.

Weird, Bizarre like reading a Murakami, with a lot of characters but seemingly have no connection to Riddle and Puzzle, who even at the end could talk. This really perplex me, prob that's why the names. When it comes to the Homeland Security flying over to Grady's place, I gave up on whatever long-winded theory, evolution and mathematics talk, skipped here and there so I can move on ASAP to other books. Think no matter how cute the animals were, I still prefer Merlin better. If all the stories have been on their own, I would like the ghost story Henry & Jim, as well as the return of the Prodigal son. Both are like stories from the Bible.

I will be releasing this book in the wild, hope whoever finds it will enjoy reading it, pass it on, or even leave it somewhere for someone else to find.
