Found at a secondhand book shop. I have just started it and am enjoying it so far.

This is such a sad memoir about an exceptionally intelligent but very confused girl, who left her life as a nun. She then searched everywhere and really hard to find herself and her place in the world. I was not convinced that this book had a happy ending and am wondering whether Karen ever really found the peace and serenity that she so longed for.
