Journal Entry 1 by sj-arizona from Scottsdale, Arizona USA on Tuesday, September 23, 2003

This is a mystery/suspense novel that I've written and self-published. I'm sending this one one a bookray to introduce it to the world. What's a bookray and how does it work? A bookray is when a book passes from person to person based on the list of members involved. A bookray book is released into the wild once that last person is finished with it. To join this bookray (or any other bookray of mine) please private message me. I will be glad to add you to the list. New members are added all of the time so be sure to check the list of participants before you mail the book to the next in line just in case it's changed since you got the book. Once you are a bookray member, you will receive the book from the person listed before you. When you receive the book please make a journal entry stating that you've received it. Then read it as soon as you can (no absolute hurry, just be reasonable please), and journal again with your thoughts, ideas, or opinions on it. You'll then need to private message the person on the list after you for their address. Mail the book by media mail (it's cheaper!) and make a release note so that we can track it. Then sit back and watch the journey continue! The members are as follows (mailing order may change as new participants are added). Participant in green has the book, those in red have already read the book:

I'm sorry, but with my hospital stay I got so swamped in books that I never got a chance to read this. I mailed it off to dreissm today. Hope you she enjoys it!

Journal Entry 5 by DreissM from Houston, Texas USA on Tuesday, November 11, 2003
Received the book in yesterday's mail. Thank you Kymberlie!! Can't wait to get started... 15Nov2003 Finished the book. Really enjoyed the story and it was exciting reading a book written by a fellow BookCrosser. I did think Seth was a more believable character than Alicia. And what a scary thought - using websites for encrypted messages for all the wrong reasons.

Update: I am almost halfway through the novel and the plot does have me wondering. The further I get into the story the more I am enjoying the book. Soon it will be on its way to the next reader.

I just started ASSSSINS GAME as part of a bookray that ean got me into. The plot takes off in the first chapter which is a good indication for me. I have set aside all other recreational reading so that I can complete the book and send it on its way.

I finished reading Assassins Game when I got off work this afternoon. Thank you ean for including me in this reading chain. I have already packaged the book for mailing. Tomorrow it will be off to Indiana where tammy is waiting for it.

Since I completely botched my last entry, I will try again. I did finish the book after work today, I am not an anonymous finder, and the book is on its way to Tammy in Iowa...not Indiana. It was a long day.
