Well we have a mountain of cookery books, especially Spanish Cookery, including the bible of Spanish cuisine so am registering this one for the Monopoly Challenge.

We realised that whilst we would be releasing our books a exactly the same time (18:00 GMT) in two different time zones that the time wouldn't be the same for all of us. 12:00pm in Salt Lake City will be lunchtime, whilst 20:00 in Holland will be the end of dinnertime and here in Spain 20:00 will be pre-dinner tapas time. So to recognise the same time but also the different time we chose a food related release as it is ALWAYS eating time.
