I've had this for several years now (!) and kept picking it up and putting it down. For so long it felt kind of cheesy and over the top. Then I reached a point in my life where I needed support and encouragement and WOW, was it just right for that. Sark really speaks to a lot of different points and really made me think a lot about myself and my approach to life.
