CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
On it's way to GoryDetails next in line for this "Traveling and making new friends" bookbox.
The box arrived safely in today's mail; nice way to kick off the new year! Will make my selections and get the box moving again soon. [Update: I'm enjoying seeing where each book came from; some of them have been in rings or rays, and have gone around the world already. And there's at least one book that was registered in 2002 - a true old-timer!]
Speaking of old timers, btw, there were Guinness entries for the oldest bungee-jumper (at age 83 you'd think just attaching the harness would break some bones, but no!) and oldest ping-pong player (she was 97!).

Got the book box this week. I'm taking two books - Candy and Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, and leaving The Story of Edgar Sawtelle and Holes. I'll be pm'ing next in line, and I'll try to get this out during the next week.
The box arrived today. A little squashed, but all in one piece. I'll look it over this weekend and send it on early next week.
