Got this as a trade w/ Karyl for Angels. I am looking forward to reading it, but have to get through some bookray books first!
I really enjoyed this book...it was so much better than some other "chick-lit" out there. Well written and funny, you really feel for Cannie and all that she's going through. I found myself not being able to put it down, which meant that I spent some nights up till 2am reading until I finally forced myself to go to sleep.

This was a great story! It was really absorbing--I had trouble putting it down too. I'd be reading and look up, and hours had passed! Cannie is a great main character, and she sounds like someone I'd love to be friends with. She's smart, she's very funny, and she comes off as a real three-dimensional person dealing with real life. I would definitely be interested to read more by Jennifer Weiner!

This book is with a friend of mine now for a while, so it doesn't collect too much dust on my shelf! :-) Hope she'll get around to reading it.
Okay, got it back! :-) I enjoyed the book very much - it's a bit more than the average chick lit you usually get. I also quite liked the fact that there is an interview with the author at the end of the book - it helped to come slowly out of it. Unfortunately, I found it a bit disappointing that Weiner mainly wrote about herself.

This book is FINALLY read and ready to travelling. This was used for a book club and I loved it. I am sorry that I did not read it sooner. The characters were believeable and the book was well written. I am going to look for more books by this author.
