This is Anne Holt's fourth novel featuring Detective Inspector Adam Studo, and his wife, the criminal profiler, Johanne Vik.
'Fear not' is an intelligent, rather complex but always satisfying crime novel. The characters are rendered credibly and I especially loved the description of Johanne's autistic daughter and her role in this novel. The book, although being a crime novel, treats issues like tolerance, fundamentalist religious views, hate groups and hate crime.
This is my first Anne Holt novel, but certainly not the last.
