The Doctor and Amy have come to Smyrna in 1929 to investigate a mystery. The Doctor knows something very bad happened there: something caused a lot of people to die and an entire, magnificent Temple to be found and then immediately lost again. But he doesn't know what is picking off the archaeologists one by one, or how it is connected to the terrifying howling in the night. And as he and Amy get closer to the terrible truth behind an ancient evil, he begins to wish he'd never found out. Tardis-wiki says, Hounds of Artemis was originally announced for release on 8 April 2010, which would have made it the first major spin-off project to feature the Eleventh Doctor, and the first audio story to feature the Doctor and Amy, but it was subsequently delayed to 3 June. Shortly after, it was delayed to April 2011. It was then delayed again, for unknown reasons, until the 5th May 2011 I think it would have made more sense to release it 2010 because of those little hints to the early series 5, e.g. fish fingers and custard or the crack in the wall of the temple. The story was originally going to be read by Matt Smith and Karen Gillan, but for unknown reasons, Gillan never read it. WHAT A PITY! I mean, I liked Clare Corbett (did she play s.o. in the TV series?) very much and she does a great pondish Amy – but Amy would have been even better than an interpretation of Amy But, after being a bit disappointed by The Runaway Train and also The Ring of Steel (although RoS had been far better than RT in my ears) I totally loved this one – narrators and story and all! It’s just that 1 paltry CD simply isn’t enough :-( -> RikkiDD -> toshokanin -> Die Henkerin -> delfinnetti -> SaschaBWK -> phoenixfeather -> d-vineland kayla8m -> wenn's keine Antwort gibt: Schneefee hat ihre Adresse nach Hause
