This little book looked amusing at the library book sale, and it was. Full of all sorts of trivia on Ireland, such as Ireland has the second highest number of lawyers per capita -- after the U.S., of course. And when the Guinness Brewery was established in 1759, the founder was prescient enough to take out a lease for 9,000 years at a price (after a small deposit) equivalent to $85.00 per year.

Will look for a good spot to wild release this -- perhaps an Irish pub.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I am taking this along with me to the BCinDC meet-up on Sunday. Since next year's Book Crossing covention will be in Dublin, there may be someone interested in this little critter. If no one snaps it up there, I will leave it at the OBCZ nearby at the Crystal City Sheraton, where the 2011 Convention was held.

Picked this up at today's BCinDC meetup in Crystal City (Arlington), VA. I don't know for sure yet if I'll be able to attend the BookCrossing 2012 Convention in Dublin, but this will be a fun and quick read either way. Thanks!

You know, this was really cute. I learned a lot of fun facts about Ireland that I never would have even thought to ask about. It's a quick read with large print, something you can either pick up and read a few pages every so often or zip through all in one sitting. Now to pass it along to someone else! :)

This looks awesome. I can't wait to learn more about Ireland and maybe take this book there!
