Released 6 yrs ago (9/10/2011 UTC) at Bleikeller in Bremen, Bremen Germany

This book has been released for the Bookcrossing Monopoly challenge.
Team Thimble has landed on the "Historic Places" square. The "Bleikeller" is one of those places, of a rather morbid kind. (Ballycumber started following the trail of the dead at the Christmas shop and this is where it lead to... so he's up for some DEAD WATCH.) The "Bleikeller" or lead basement is located beneath the nave of the Bremen Cathedral and for hundreds of years it had a reputation as an excellent place to preserve bodies of the dead in amazing form. Eight mummies in glass-topped coffins can be seen there: two Swedish officers from the Thirty Years' War, an English countess, a murdered student, and a local pauper etc.
