I thought Bookcrossing would be a good way to make some room on my bookshelves. Instead, I went to the local bookcrossing station (the Starbucks at Anza and Sepulveda)with one book and came back with three! (Only this one was registered). Someday, they'll find me buried under a pile of books.

A hilarious reminder that you don't have to be Jewish to be a Jewish mother. I'm going to give it to my daughter. Hopefully, she'll say "I'm glad you're not like that". (She will, won't she?"

Of course, I'll nag her to release it again. Let's see, maybe I'll tell her that I think the label is set to explode if she keeps it too long, and she's better leave it somewhere.
