"Can you grow kumquats here?" Wei-Ching asked. "I've always liked kumquats." "I can grow just about anything you like!" Hsun-ching boasted. "You tell me what you want, and I'll plant it." Wei-Ching laughed and said, "Too bad you can't plant books."
Thank you to the generous and gracious Hellenic BookCrossers who were kind enough to meet me and share a drink and delicious food. It was a pleasure of the highest order to meet again some of those who were responsible for the efficient running of last year's anniversary convention.
I look forward to meeting any BookCrosser who makes it to Canberra, and repaying the charming hospitality as best I can.
And next time I return to Athens - probably August 2019 - I shall be sure to make the regular BookCrossing meet up.
