Book Crossing Project with a class in Vienna, Austria

Dear all,

I managed to get my hobby as a part of my job for the running scolar year. I applied for a project, and experts decided to fund my bookcrossing project, which really makes me feel proud somehow.

I am teaching in Vienna in lower secondary school. I am teaching in a class with students, who are mentally or physically challangend and with "regular" students, whatever regular is supposed to be ;-). It really is a lovely class, very clever and social. Unfortunately, most of the students dislike reading books. As we have no schoolbuilding yet (containers), and no library, I wanted to start a bookcrossingproject and finally managed.

This account is set up for the IMST Project, furher information can be found here:
https://www.imst.ac.at/ .

Further information can be found in the German forum,
http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/14?...

the (extrenal) Austrian forum:
http://bcat.a-z.in/---/index.php?...

which will be updated on a regular base. As this forum is not very active, this is just for spreading the information, that this project will start, worldwide and publishing a link to the final report here, as well.

If you need more detailled information in English, please just send a message, and I will tell you (and update here).

Good Idea!

Hopefully the extra fun of tracking the books helps get kids interested.

I noticed that your link goes to the German Forum, not your specific thread. This one might work better :) http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/512002

Today we decided about our official Label design and I just ordered a bunch of labels for the project.

Hi everyone - I just added a wishlist, just in case you want to check. Unfortunately, there are only German books on the list.

Are you sure you want to delete this item? It cannot be undone.
