Catch 'em young
A short -but-sweet story about a new BookCrosser
by maid-of-kentMay 26, 2006
I am delighted to discover that one of the books I registered has been found by an 8-year-old who instantly joined BookCrossing.
The book that was found (a children's book no longer of interest to my grown-up daughter) was one I registered a few months ago. Upon registration, I almost immediately received a request to send it to a fellow BookCrosser, which I was happy to do. They in turn read the book and released it in a very appropriate place, where it was found by an 8-year old who immediately joined BookCrossing.
This is a great success story and I feel proud to have been part of it.
