Governo brasileiro doará 1.000 livros para Bookcrossing
Iniciativa faz parte do Ano Ibero-Americano da Leitura

Na América Latina, 2005 foi escolhido como o ano da leitura. Todos os governos envolvidos têm organizado eventos e realizado iniciativas para promover a leitura e aumentar o acesso aos livros. Bibliotecas foram inauguradas, campanhas de televisão foram
ao ar, especialistas se reuniram em congressos para discutir novas ações... mas a lista de atividades comemorativas ainda inclui incentivar o BookCrossing. De acordo com o projeto Viva Leitura, o estado do Paraná irá libertar 1.000 até o final do ano. Se você

The Brazilian government is going to donate 1000 books to BookCrossing for an initiative that is part of the Iberian-American Year of Reading.
In Latin America, 2005 was chosen as the Year of Reading. Every government
involved has organized events and created initiatives to promote reading
and increase access to books. Libraries were created, TV campaign ads were
aired, specialists gathered to discuss new actions... and the list of
celebratory actions will also include supporting BookCrossing.
According to the project Leitura Viva, the federal state of Paraná will
release 1000 books until the end of the year. If you live in this state, or
are planning on travelling there, keep an eye out for the books. Who knows,
maybe you’ll end up celebrating the Iberian-American Year of Reading with
one of the books released by Leitura Viva.
