woot! found today a yet unread Pratchett on our stairs :)
This is the 22. Discworld novel and the first one I couldn't quite follow. Probably due the time-travel theme which is completely unnecessary and muddles the story. Else it's featuring Rincewind and his Luggage, and it's a portrayal of Australia - here called Ecksecksecksecks like the beer label XXXX. The book parodies Australian culture like Skippy the Bush Kangaroo (Scrappy), Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Crocodile Dundee, Mad Max, cork hats, Vegemite and the like. Funny, but somewhat an incoherent story.
