A wonderful novel in the South American, magical realism style. I have been wanting to read this book since it was recommended to me by a friend over 25 years ago so when I saw a copy in the marvellous Barter's Books shop, I couldn't resist. So glad I finally got round to it.
Given to me today by my friend Snoopy56. Good to see you today.

I read a few chapters of this book before realising it wasn't for me. Sorry Snoopy56! Will release soon and hope the finder enjoys it.
Update-Snoopy 56 has asked me to return this book to her so she can lend to a friend so I am reserving it for her.

This book was given back to my friend Snoopy56, at her request, when we met for lunch today.

Then, when you have read it, please come back and make a further entry saying whether or not you enjoyed the book and why. It is now yours to do as you like with it, pass it to a friend or just leave it somewhere different for someone else to find and help it with its' journey.
