Journal Entry 1 by Pooker3 from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada on Sunday, June 24, 2012
Short stories by the likes of Heather Birrell, Christy Ann Conlin, Annabel Lyon, Kristen Hartog and others.

I read this book of stories while visiting with my daughter for a few weeks over Christmas last year. We call these stays "stinking up" the other's house, but speaking for myself, I love these visits with my adult children. They're a chance to get to know and be friends with my children in their own adult world.

I've "known" the authors of the short stories in this book as adult (i.e. more experienced) writers having read the later works of most of them. So it was a treat to read the stories they wrote in their younger authorial years. It was like being invited to stink up their house.
